In order to facilitate splitting casses, we started a Google Groups mailing list
dedicated to this purpose. As a first step, please subscribe to Split Cases Portland
group. (Seattle group is coming soon. We are looking for a moderator to manage
Split Cases Seattle group. Please email to "support AT nwkosher.com" if you are
interested to moderate Split Cases Seattle group.)
We created Split Cases Portland group/list in order to help you to find
person(s) interested in splitting case(s) with you. It will work best
if many people subscribe to the list, so it's easier to find a match.
Please note that NW Kosher staff will not help you find your case splitting
partners: we can only deal with WHOLE cases.
Step 2: agree on logicstics with your case splitting partner(s)
All parties splitting a case must agree who is going to place an order
and who is going to pick up. NW Kosher staff will not to get involved
in the money matters between the parties wishing to split the case. The
whole case must be paid in full by the person, who placed an order.
Step 3: pick-up
During the pick-up, it's best if one person pick up the case and pays
in full for the case. If all parties want to come to the pick up site
and split their case, they are welcome to, as long as they don't
interfere with the order distribution. (We will try to designate
a special place at a pick up site, where case splitting could happen.)
